How do I reserve a private event?
Send us an email at booking@titt-tei.oslo.no, and we’ll help you further.
How do I reserve a table?
You can easily reserve a table through the booking system on our website.
What facilities do you offer for young children and families?
At Titt-tei, we aim to be a place where children and parents feel safe and well taken care of.
We’ve created several practical solutions for families with young children:
In the restroom, you’ll find:
A changing table equipped with diapers, wet wipes, and diaper cream
A child-friendly sink and small potty chairs
For meals:
A microwave for heating baby food
A bottle warmer available in the café area
Additional amenities:
Child-sized coat hangers and a shoe shelf to encourage independence
High chairs available in the café
We want your visit to be as comfortable and convenient as possible for the whole family!
Where can I park?
Unfortunately, we don’t have dedicated parking at the venue. Street parking is available nearby, including on Petter Møllers vei and Lørenveien – just remember to pay using a parking app. You’ll also find Løren Torg P-hus just a short walk away, offering 1 hour of free parking.
Are there electric car chargers nearby?
Yes, there are several charging stations in the area. The closest one is a Mer Charging Station at Petter Møllers vei 4B, just a short walk from us.
You’ll also find charging stations at Løren Torg P-hus (Lørenveien 42–44), also within walking distance.
Is there a place to park bicycles?
Yes! There are yellow bike racks by the neighboring building where you can securely lock your bicycle.
How do I buy a ticket?
When you arrive at the café, please check in at the counter to receive a numbered key tag.
The tag helps us keep track of your child’s playtime, and you only pay when the play is finished.
This way, there’s no rush – enjoy your visit at your own pace!
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes! We offer a 20% discount for each additional sibling after the first child.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What is the age limit?
Our play area is perfect for little adventurers aged 0–6, but we know playtime is more fun together — so older siblings are always welcome to join!
Do I need to buy a ticket for an infant?
No, children under 6 months enter for free.
Do accompanying adults need a ticket?
No, tickets are only required for children.
What are your cleaning routines?
We take hygiene seriously!
Each day, we vacuum, air out the space, and thoroughly wash the floors.
At the end of the day, we disinfect the entire play area using an ozone machine — which effectively eliminates bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other microorganisms without chemicals.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome in our café.
However, they are not allowed in the play area due to safety and allergy concerns.
Owners are fully responsible for their pets and must be considerate of children and guests who may be uncomfortable around animals.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We do not allow outside food and drinks in the venue, but we understand that small children, especially babies, may have specific dietary needs — parents are welcome to bring food and drink for the very youngest.
However, food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the play area for hygiene and safety reasons. Please enjoy your meals in the café zone.
Can I leave my child unattended in the play area?
No, children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian while at Titt-tei.
Does my child need special socks or clothing in the play area?
We recommend that children wear comfortable clothes, preferably long pants.
Everyone — both children and adults — must wear socks in the play area.
This is essential for hygiene and safety.
What are your terms and rules?
Our most important rule is that children must always be under the supervision of a guardian while in the play area.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the play zone for safety and hygiene reasons.
